Recently, 33-year-old Dogecoin owner Glauber Contessoto, who is not only DOGE but also a millionaire in fiat, took to Twitter when the meme token rose to an all-time high of $0.74. Glauber talked about DOGE’s growing popularity as a cryptocurrency.
“Meme Token Popular Thanks to Superman”
The DOGE supporter admitted that he did “extensive and painstaking” research to find the “secret” to Dogecoin’s popularity. Eventually, he brought up the popular Superman comic book character and his super dog named Krypto. Thus, according to Glauber Contessoto, the dog became “Doge” and Krypto became “crypto”. He also reminded the community that DOGE is the “best cryptocurrency” because the dog is a man’s best friend.
DOGE Millionaire Quits Job
As previously reported by U.Today, Glauber Contessoto left his day job at a HipHopDX online music magazine in Los Angeles to focus on growing a DOGE millionaire’s personal brand on the Web. He has a YouTube channel with around 80,000 subscribers, but he is not monetizing his channel yet, but so far he sells DOGE products on his personal website and now makes videos about DOGE on YouTube full time.
